Birds and Buds...eagles and gardening...bird-watching and digging in the dirt...these are all beautiful things...
I hate those crab spiders. They kill pollinators by sneaking up on them when they're just doing what God made them to do. It's just infuriating. Sometimes I just don't understand nature. Lovely blossoms!
Nice pic... but I don't like spiders.
Great shot! This one scares me more than cicadas, ha ha! Happy WW!
I'll just overlook the spider and appreciate the beauty of the flower. :)
the flower is lovely...the bug not so much.
Great shot. I was reading Michael Pollen last night 'Botany of Desire'....where he was talking about different pollinators attracted to different types of blooms. Very interesting.
What a Great Catch! A crab spider and a "pollinator!" :-) Fun photo!!
Beautiful photo! Thanks for stopping by my own blog! One of my sons lives in the Pacific northwest, and I envy the beautiful flowers that prosper in your mild summers. I look forward to exploring your blog further.
Such extraordinary photos! While I'm sure it's mainly talent -- what camera are you using? I need to upgrade and am at a loss.
Then it is talent, as my semi-fancy Fuji doesn't cough up such startlingly clear and captivating shots!
*I wrote Stephanie that I have a basic little Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3 and hope to one day have a 'real' camera ;) Her comments, and yours, are very kind. Thank you!**
I love comments, and visiting blogs of people who leave them! Thanks for visiting!
